PAC (폴리 알루미늄 클로라이드)는 공식을 갖는 중합체 (폴리머 ) 형태로 존재하는 명반의 유형 이다 . 현재 PAC는 대량으로 생산되며 선진국에서는 폐수 및 수처리의 황산 명반을 대체하는 데 널리 사용됩니다.
PAC는 급수수와 폐수에 정착하는 데 사용되는 응집체입니다. 응고 속도는 명반보다 빠릅니다. 물에 용해되면 PAC는 물의 pH를 변화시키지 않습니다. PAC는 넓은 pH 범위 (5-11)에서 좋은 응고를 제공합니다.
애플리케이션:
1) 식수 정화, 하수.
2) 산업용 물 정제, 산업 폐수, 광업, 유전 주사 물, 야금, 석탄 세척, 가죽 및 모든 종류의 화학 폐수 처리.
