Co-current Lamella Clarifier는 공급수와 침전 입자가 모두 같은 방향, 즉 30~40° 경사판 사이에서 아래쪽으로 이동하는 하향식 고체-액체 분리기입니다. 수력 경로와 중력 벡터가 정렬되기 때문에 퇴적을 위한 유효 추진력이 증가하여 층류 조건(Re ≒ 200)을 유지하면서 30–45 m³/(m²·h)의 표면 부하 속도를 허용합니다. 응집된 액체는 플레이트 묶음 상단의 분배 헤더로 들어갑니다. 고형물은 플레이트 표면에 침전되어 더 큰 덩어리로 합쳐져 바닥 슬러지 호퍼로 미끄러지는 반면, 정화된 액체는 팩의 하단에 위치한 물에 잠긴 오리피스를 통해 빠져나갑니다.

- 플레이트 간격 35mm, 플레이트 길이 2.0~2.5m, 침전 영역 경사각 40°, 배출 영역 경사각 60°로 기계식 스크레이퍼 없이 자가 세척 및 신속한 슬러지 제거를 촉진합니다.

- 유입수 탁도 < 200 NTU에서 효율적으로 작동하며 생물학적 배출수의 2차 정화, 제지기 백수, 중화 후 직물 염색조 및 지표수 취수 작업에 이상적입니다.

- 강화된 플레이트 내 플록 성장과 동시 농축 덕분에 역류식 장치보다 20~30% 적은 슬러지 양을 생성합니다.

- 기존 직사각형 또는 원형 탱크에 개조할 수 있는 모듈식 PVC 또는 스테인리스 스틸 플레이트 팩으로 제공되므로 토목 확장 없이 유압 용량을 두 배로 늘릴 수 있습니다.
